Cancellation policy

  • Due to administrative costs and the small capacity of our events, all bookings are non-refundable. 
  • For Courses: 

    • If you cancel your full course booking more than 48 hours before the first class of the course, we can give you the full course cost as a credit on your account to use for a future course. 
    • No-shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded and no credit given. 
    • Please note, there are no refunds for missed classes in any course booked, and you cannot take an alternative class to make up for one you missed. Missed classes are forfeited.
  • For Classes, Workshops & Events:
    • If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the class or event, we can give you the balance as a credit to your account or in your name to use for a future activity.
    • No-shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded and no credit given. Missed classes are forfeited.
  • EventBrite Bookings: If you book through EventBrite, the EventBrite booking fee is non-refundable in all cases. 
  • If you can’t make it to your booking, please cancel with us as soon as possible, so we can offer your place to someone else.
  • If you wish to cancel a booking, you can do so in your account or by emailing info@jazzmad.co.uk
